Diploma in Culinary Arts runs four days a week. It offers a comprehensive journey through African and continental cuisine, pastry and desserts, food and fire safety, and interactive theory. Students will also complete an internationally accredited food safety course, ensuring they meet global standards in food handling and kitchen hygiene.
